About me

Hi! My name is Andrea, I'm 24 years old, and from an early age I was surrounded by technology: my mother developed two flash websites for stamp collectors, my father dabbled in computer hardware assembly when they still looked like old chests.

Growing up among two tech punks like them pushed me to pursue computer science studies... I still remember the joy and excitement after making the first static pages in HTML, or printing out in console the timeless Hello World!

What most intrigues and spurs me on, in Web development as well as in this great universe called programming, is the possibility of creating, realizing, and making available to everyone the unthinkable. I am not there yet, but in my own small way, despite the passing years, I am still surprised by those console messages.

Videogames have allowed me to live countless different stories: I have saved the galaxy from destroyers, I have been the Dovahkiin who defeated Alduin, I have lived in a dystopian future where humans and synthetics coexist, and as Traiano I have led the roman empire. Who knows what my next adventure will be...
Now and then, when I am inspired, I like to write, and I'm not talking about code... but little thoughts, spontaneous reflections, and especially poems.
I like to eat. Crazy, I know! The icon shows fast food, but I like to eat in general. I also like fast food, though. And pizza. Shall we talk about the cheesecake? Ah by the way, my favorite dish is pasta in bianco.
I am guilty Your Honor, I admit my guilt and declare that I am a cat person. My cats are named Marshall and Lily (in honor of How I met your mother!).
I listen to everything, but my sensibleness in the end always leads me toward sad and melancholy songs; my motto in life is in my free time I cry.
I really enjoy getting lost in the maze of Netflix. My favorite movie? Thank you for the question! Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind.
